We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens that leads to a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the guarantee, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Blenker series – hydrophilic towels, bath capes and ponchos:
For all Blenker hydrophilic towels: wash with equal colors up to 60 degrees.
Tumble dry: setting II. Maximum shrinkage: 5-10%. Ironing: hot (•••).
Napper Diaper Pouch:
Can be washed, but even easier: wipe with a damp cloth.
Napper Changing Mat:
Machine washable up to 40 degrees (gentle cycle).
Drying: Air dry. The coating cannot withstand hot temperatures.
Napper Nursery Wallet:
Machine washable up to 40 degrees (gentle cycle), or rinse under the tap.
Bib Spit and burping towels:
Wash at up to 60 degrees. Wash with similar colours.
Tumble dry setting II.
Feedi Nursing Cover:
Wash at max 40 degrees. Wash with similar colours.
Tumble dry on setting I.
Woller:
The hot water bottle itself should not get wet!
The separate cover can be machine washed up to 40 degrees.
Changing Tote bag with play mat:
Machine washable up to max 40 degrees.
Stay-on-Socks:
Machine wash up to 40 degrees. Do not tumble dry the socks but air dry them. After drying, stretch the socks to get them back into shape. Maximum shrinkage: 5-10%.
Oeko-Tex:
The Blenkers are produced according to the Oeko-Tex guidelines.
The filling of the Napper Changing Mats comply with Oeko-tex 100 class I. For more information: www.oeko-tex.com.
Use Woller & Lexie Heat pads:
Always read the manual before use. It can be downloaded from the “manuals” page.
The heat pillow works by combining heat and weight. The cushion does not get hot! but lukewarm.
The cushions are easy to warm up in the microwave. Remove the cushion from the cover and heat at 600 watts (Woller 30 seconds, Lexie 60 seconds).
Never place on the grid or on metal. If your microwave does not have a glass turntable, place the cushion on a microwave-safe plate. Shake the cushion back and forth halfway through the heating time.

>> The cushions take on the ambient temperature. When your heating is on at home, this is a great place to put the Woller. It will get nice and warm.
>> You can also choose to warm up the cushions in the oven. Preheat the oven to 75 degrees and place the heat pillow without its cover in a clean oven-proof baking dish. Heat like this for two minutes, shake back and forth and feel if it is warm enough. If necessary, heat for another minute. Hand-warm is warm enough for a baby.
Please note! The KipKep Lexie should not be used on children under the age of 4. For babies, use the KipKep Woller.
The cushion should not feel hot to the touch. Then the seeds could overheat and, unfortunately, the heating pad is no longer usable. Stay with it while heating and pay close attention to the smell, it should not smell burnt or like popcorn either, then the cushion has become too hot and is no longer usable.
We do not initially recommend using it in the oven, as this process of heating is more difficult to control than heating it in the microwave.
>> If you have one or two hot water bottles in the house, you can also fold the heating pad around this to warm up.
The KipKep Woller and KipKep Lexie heating Pillow are filled with flax seed.
This seed is small, not heavy and soft. Due to the natural oil in the seeds, they warm up evenly (unlike cherry seeds, for example) and do not start to smell while heating.
The flax seed we use comes from the food industry and is thus normally consumed. For example in bread, cruesli, in yoghurt, oil from pressed…
Why we choose this? No use of harmful pesticides! Only the best for our miniatures and ourselves.

If you enter into an agreement as a consumer with KipKep and it is a “distance contract”, you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receiving it without giving a reason, provided the seal on the product is not broken and provided there are no personalised products or other (legal) exclusions to the right of withdrawal. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return shipment from your address to our visiting address are for your account. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of reporting your return, if the product has meanwhile been received by us in good order. You may view and assess the product, but not break its seal and/or use the product. If the seal is broken and/or the product has been used, you can no longer use the right of withdrawal.
