We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.

Delivery time
The Netherlands: within 2 working days. Shipping by: PostNL. If, for whatever reason, we can’t meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Abroad: we will send your order within 2 working days. Delivery by DHL, Post NL or DPD. Deliverytime depends per country.

Delivery in The Netherlands is done via PostNL mail or parcel delivery. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the moment of delivery.

Direct transfer:
This payment method means that the total amount of your order must be transferred to our account, stating your order number. The earlier your payment is received by us, the sooner we can deliver your order.

Not everyone is a hero with wrapping or (especially in these times) can deliver the gift in person, so we are happy to help you with that!
We will wrap your order up nicely, with a personal message if you like. Unpacking becomes a real party and you are guaranteed to score points with your gift.

When completing your order, choose the option ‘Wrap this order as a gift‘ and choose from 1 of the 3 gift wraps.

The cost of the personal gift wrapping is €3.95.

Washing instructions

Blenker series:
Blenker Baby, Blenker Kid, Blenker Washcloth and Blenker Poncho: with equal colours up to 60 degrees.
Dryer: setting II. Maximum shrinkage: 5-10%. Ironing: hot (•••).

Napper Nappy Wallet 
Can be washed, but even easier: clean with a damp cloth.

Napper changing mat: 
The collection with the price of € 15.95 can be washed in the washing machine (cautiously, max 40 degrees).
The mats with the price of € 12.95 can only be washed by hand. This is to protect the coating.
Drying: preferably in the air. Dryer: cold. The coating can’t withstand hot temperatures.

Napper Nursery Wallet: 
Washable in the washing machine up to 40 degrees (program cautiously), or rinse under the tap.

Bib Burp Cloths:
Wash at max. 60 degrees. Wash with similar colours.
Dryer setting II.

Feedi Nursing Cloth: 
Wash at max. 40 degrees. Wash with similar colours.
Dryer setting I.

The heat pouch itself can’t get wet!
The loose cover can be washed in the washing machine at max. 40 degrees.

Care Bag and Play Mat:
Washable in the washing machine up to max. 40 degrees.

Stay Socks: 
In the washing machine up to 40 degrees. Do not put the socks in the dryer but in the air. After drying, stretch the socks to get them back in shape. Maximum shrinkage: 5-10%

The Blenkers, Nappers and Woller are produced according to the Oekotex guidelines.
The filling of the Napper changing mats complies with the Oeko-tex 100 class I. For more information:


Return item(s):
You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice. After the cancellation of your order you will have 14 days left to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping.

Only the costs for returning from home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are around 6.95 per package, check your carrier’s website for exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the vendor in the original condition and packaging with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible. To use this right, you can contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the due amount within 14 days after your return has been returned, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Pay attention! For hygiene reasons, our facemasks cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. (this is stipulated by law).



We care for our products, and therefore do our utmost to deliver them to you in excellent condition. Nevertheless, an order can get damaged during transport or something else could happens that entitles you to warranty.
You are legally required to report the damage to us within two months of determining it. If the damage is covered by the warranty, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.
