We care for our products, and therefore do our utmost to deliver them to you in excellent condition. Nevertheless, an order can get damaged during transport or something else could happens that entitles you to warranty.
You are legally required to report the damage to us within two months of determining it. If the damage is covered by the warranty, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.
It can always happen that something doesn’t go as planned. We advise you to first report complaints to us by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If this doesn’t result in a solution, you can lodge your complaint for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur, at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can report complaints through the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform of the European Committee. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint isn’t dealt with somewhere else, you are free to file your complaint via the EU platform.
